Refund Policy
Refund Policy: Fair Play & Real Talk
At Angry Bros. Productions, we don't like hidden fees, and we don't like surprises. Our refund policy is built on a simple principle: we respect your budget, and we ask that you respect our time.
1. The Deposit
To secure your shoot date and begin the "Creative Meeting" phase, we may require a non-refundable deposit.
-
Why it’s non-refundable: Once you book, we turn down other work and begin pre-production (strategy, script prep, and gear staging). This deposit covers that labor and the "opportunity cost" of holding that date for you.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We get it—life happens, especially in politics and small business.
-
Rescheduling: If you need to move your shoot, give us at least 48 hours' notice. We will apply your full deposit to the new date (one-time courtesy).
-
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit to cover our lost day of work.
-
No-Shows: If we show up to the location and the shoot cannot happen through no fault of our own, the deposit is forfeited.
3. Post-Production & Satisfaction
Our "Right Thing" Clause means we don't stop until the job is done.
-
The Edit: We provide a dedicated re-edit block with every package. Because video production is a labor-intensive service, we do not offer refunds once the shoot has occurred and the editing process has begun.
-
Our Promise: If there is a technical error on our part (e.g., equipment failure or corrupted files), we will either re-shoot at no cost to you or provide a pro-rated refund for the affected portion of the project.
4. Final Delivery
Once the final, high-resolution, unwatermarked files are delivered, the project is considered closed and no refunds will be issued.
