Terms & Conditions

A legal disclaimer

By engaging Angry Bros. Productions (the "Company") for video services, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms. We keep our terms as straightforward as our productions.

1. Scope of Work & Deliverables

The specific number of videos, length of deliverables, and shoot time are defined by the package tier selected at the time of booking. Any work requested outside of the original package scope will require a separate quote and written agreement.

2. The "No Hidden Costs" Guarantee

The price quoted is the price you pay. There are no hidden "equipment fees" or "file handling fees."

  • Travel: Projects within 50 miles of St. Paul MN, include travel. Locations outside this radius may incur a pre-disclosed travel fee. You will be made aware ahead of the shoot and it will be made clear in your quote. 

  • Expenses: Any third-party costs (specialty talent, location rentals, or stock music licenses beyond our standard library) will be approved by the Client in writing before purchase.

3. Shoot Days & Cancellations

  • Efficiency: We arrive ready to work. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure the location is accessible and the necessary subjects are present.

  • Rescheduling: We require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule a shoot. Cancellations or "no-shows" on the day of the shoot may result in a forfeiture of the deposit or a rescheduling fee of $300 to cover lost time and prep.

4. Re-Edits & Revisions

Each package includes a specific "Re-edit Block" (e.g., 2 or 3 hours).

  • Revisions must be requested within 14 days of the first draft delivery.

  • Time spent on revisions beyond the included block will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $[Your Rate].

  • Major changes to the project scope after the "Creative Meeting" phase may incur additional costs.

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

  • Client Ownership: Upon final payment, the Client owns the final delivered video files. You are in charge of your content and its placement.

  • Raw Footage: Per our utilitarian model, we deliver finished products. Raw footage is not included in standard packages but may be purchased separately.

  • Portfolio Rights: The Company retains the right to use the final content for promotional purposes (portfolio, website, social media) unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or "Private Campaign" status is requested and agreed upon in writing.

6. Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your shoot date depending on scope.

  • Final payment is due upon receipt of the final edit and before the delivery of high-resolution, unwatermarked files.

7. Limitation of Liability

Angry Bros. Productions uses cinema-grade gear and professional practices. However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (equipment failure, extreme weather, or third-party platform takedowns). Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

8. The "Right Thing" Clause

We are a customer-service-first company. If a problem arises, we promise to communicate openly and work with you to find a fair, no-frills solution.
